They take forever (even if you make an appointment). If you are on standby list then bring a cot, blanket, and a good book - you will most likely be sleeping in the main lobby hall and your turn will come tomorrow. On the screen it says there are 7 people working. They need to explain what preparations they do that it takes so long for them to call you.

I've been going to Quest labs for the past 5+ years due to Cancer Journey and they have always been kind and courteous towards me. I had to wait for over 30 minutes once and they made sure to keep me updated

Everybody moves so slowly there. If I move that slowly I would be fired. I went as a walk-in sat there for 2 hours and then went home because it was pretty obvious they were making no effort to do any walk-ins. I should have gotten a job working for quest diagnostics that way I could be as lazy as I want
