This is hard to believe but I swear it is true. Dale is phenomnol and stands out like a bright light in today's customer service world. I called him recently when my 17 year old dishwasher stopped draining. I could have replaced it but my life is very busy and it would have been so much easier to get it repaired than to start shopping. My husband thought the pump went out. So... I called Dale, explained that my old dishwasher stopped draining- literally from one wash to the next. On the phone call he told me he thought he knew what might fix it, and explained to me and my husband exactly what we should try on our own. I called Dale @ Mobile One Appliance repair to repair a washing machine that wouldn't drain. I had already changed the drain hose and cleaned the pump filter. He suggested the plug might be in the internal hose from the pump to the drain. I popped the cap off and cleaned a handful of dog hair from the drain - the washer now works great! I offered to pay for his time on the phone and doing the research, he declined. Great guy, knows his stuff and willing to help his customers save money.

I never leave reviews, but he fixed my issue in about 30 seconds over the phone. He could have come out and gotten a super easy service charge, but he didn’t… in my opinion that speaks to his character. Thank you so much!
