Kelly Kooling installed our “new” system 11 years ago. It has not had any major issues since it was new. Had an appointment for our Spring checkup, as the first hot spell approached.
Our appointment fell on the first 90 degree day. When we turned on the AC it started and in just a few minutes it stopped. Called Kelly Kooling to upgrade our appointment to a repair!
Our tech’s first test showed a grounding issue with a switch, and another fried part (all spelled out on the diagnostic report, but I don’t have it in front of me). He had the parts on his truck and we were soon cooling down the house.
Kelly Kooling is fantastic for your HVAC repairs. Have used them several times and always completely satisfied. They are very professional and never try to upsell on your maintenance. Definitely will only use Kelly Kooling anytime a problem occurs.

KellyKooling did an excellent job installing a brand-new heat pump in our house. They planned the job carefully and even came back for a second visit prior to the install to ascertain the electrical work to be done. All the work was essentially completed in three days, which involved removing the old equipment, testing the copper tubing for any leaks, and installing and testing the new equipment. Throughout the job, the staff was very friendly and careful of our property. We would certainly repeat with them should the need arise!
