Horrible customer service over the phone. Lady couldn’t hear me and instead of letting me clarify what I was saying she hung up on me. Would have been my first time going but glad I didn’t end up going.
I had a mistake done and they said they would give me a refund and take me back to fix it and then just pay that. I went got it "fixed" and payed but they never refunded me the original first hair coloring.
I desperately needed help with my hair after receiving a botched haircut elsewhere. I booked an appointment with Shawna and could not be happier.
