I went in for a consultation to do a strand test because I had previous brown box dye coloring and some treatments. We let the bleach sit for 20 minutes and it got pretty light and in my pictures you could tell that it is blonde. So I scheduled an appointment to go back for a few face framing highlights. The lady who was doing my hair that day was different from the lady did my strand test. She was so lovely very nice and answered any questions I had but I did not leave with the color result I wanted. Nora is my hair lady! Cut, color and highlights at a reasonable price with great customer service. I can usually get in within a week. I feel beautiful every time I leave this place!

I have long white, silver, grey, and every dark shade possible in back hair. It's baby fine like spiderwebs when dry, but soft straight and shiny the rest of the time.I am allergic to so many fragrances, it's extremely hard for me to "go" places and get my hair cut, and due to the virus, and my compromised lungs, I've needed this FOREVER!Carla was great. I probably should have gone another inch shorter, but my hair shrinks up a little when dry, and I don't look good in short hair. LOLThis was cut 10 days ago, it's a bit "bedhead" without glasses, but I still love it.
