“Sl8 Fitness & Nutrition is absolutely amazing! Best gym around! I've been a member of the Woodland location since Fall 2022 and it's the best decision I've ever made for my health. After years of various issues at the big corporate gyms, a friend told me about Sl8 and I gave it a try! Best decision ever and I've been a regular goer since! The owners Marilyn and Tyler are fabulous! I train and do nutrition with Marilyn. I also go to her Intro to Weight Lifting class weekly. I recently started Tyler's Ultimate Conditioning class and boy does it challenge me, but it is awesome! This gym is like a supportive family and home away from home!”
“Ryan has a single chair shop & handles my mom & I together so we can carpool from Sacramento. Ryan's hair advise is to be trusted as he knows hair & everything a person might want to do to their hair. His shop is always neat & tidy plus he sells great hair products & a few handmade personal items. Liz, a massage therapist, also has space here & has products for sale. I've not used her services but her clients certainly seem relaxed when they emerge from her room!”

“This is a review for both Melissa (the owner) for my hair and Damien (esthetician). Melissa is pleasure and a very talented hair stylist. I first had my hair cut and styled by her last year before my 40th high school reunion. I was very nervous about the reunion, but my normally frizzy hair looked smooth, wavy and flowy after Melissa was done with it, which helped greatly with my confidence and I ended up having a great time. I've been back several times since for a style before special events. So glad Melissa is here in Woodland!I hadn't had a facial in decades, so when I found out there was one (Damien) at The Hair Lounge, I decided to try him. Wow! Such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Damien is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I've had both a standard facial and a microderm abrasion facial. Both left my skin smooth and glowing.
