They don't usually use a clean, dry rag to wipe the inside of the windshield, so a film starts to develop after a few days which hinders visibility, especially at night. I've asked them to, but ..............? Their job of vacuuming floor mats is not all that great.

Overall I found the gold membership to be useful and I find that my car does stay clean and maintained using the unlimited membership. I like how they give air fresheners with the gold. For improvement everytime I go through the car wash my front passenger window always has water marks on it after the car wash. Sometimes the staff wipes away the water spots and cleans it off and sometimes its just left on there. The rims also don't get fully clean and wish it was more detailed on that end. One thing I do wish is to have extended hours, closer to 7-8 pm.

Well it was our first time there. No one was outside at the podium so we didn’t know where to go or which lane to go to because when you enter, it’s an open area surrounded by the vacuums, car detailing, auto service and everything in front of us. The first person that saw us acted as if she just stumbled upon us being lost and asked if we needed something. We told her it was our first time and didn’t know where to go. Someone finally came to the podium but didn’t even wave for us to go there. We just pulled up. We decided to start a membership. Didn’t realize we were at the end of the month, 2 days away. Showed them a 50% coupon for the first month, and they wouldn’t even apply it to the first month since we were only 2 days away. Poor poor customer service the whole time. No good interactions at all. The spinners didn’t even work in the car wash. We noticed they reused the same towels to wipe your car after wiping another car back to back. Honestly the place looked dirty, small and ghetto. We decided when we got home to read all the reviews since we didn’t because we were just really finding somewhere that takes dually trucks. A lot of customers who had gone there for years said the past year has been horrible and something’s always broken and the customer service has been terrible also. We decided to call and have the membership canceled. The manager came on the line and said unfortunately since we were at the end of the month, the first month will be charged. I told her that it was ok to be charged the first month, but I still wanted the membership canceled after that because the service wasn’t good and the car wash spinners were broken. She was so offended that she started yelling and when I say yell omg I could totally see why there was a review that said they got yelled at. She got all ghetto and said that we were trying to get a free car wash and hung up without canceling our membership. Never again and will not recommend to anyone, not even my worse enemy.

My front seat had years of suntan lotion and dirt ground in and my backseat had a grease stain from a bicycle chain. They were able to remove them both and thoroughly clean the seats and floor. The car looks like new. Awesome.
