I have had my taxes done with Court Street Taxes for over 20 years and she is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always up to date with any changes that may have occurred during the year. She spends the necessary time with us to make sure we have all the paperwork and completes the entire process while in the office. Due to the confidence in her, we asked if she could do our daughters taxes even when she lives out of state- which she did. I will be a life long customer of Court Street Taxes.

Worst experience ever!!! We had an appointment with Paulette at 9am and when we got to the office it said "closed" my husband knocked and she finally came to the door. We entered her office and she was already around the corner and sitting at her desk with her back to us. She did not even acknowledge our presence and when she did she was just plain RUDE! I gave her our tax information and as she was asking some questions, and I asked her questions. I am a "like to know" kind of girl. About 5 minutes in she pushed the paper work to me and said that "I have a full plate and if you are going to question everything I say I can't help you." I was shocked. My husband and I looked at each other and we just didn't know what to say. I told her I am trying to understand not "Question" her. She said she does not have time for this. My husband was already out the door. I told her that was not my intention and I hoped she had a better day. Wow, we were escorted out....I guess $250.00 isn't enough to answer some fairly basic tax questions. So be it, off to find a reasonable tax preparer.

it's that time of the year again!! I've been coming to Paulette with Court street taxes for a few years now, and every time I leave feeling like my knowledge of taxes and earnings has increased yet again! Not only does Paulette give you a hard breakdown of what was taken in for the previous year, she is amazing at providing excellent suggestions for the year to come and what is to be expected. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased!
