The lady who answers the phone, Michelle, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never come across someone with that much attitude for literally no reason. Had someone say that they tried to call in to this office to file a claim and said Michelle was super dismissive, snarky, and unhelpful. So I decided to call myself on their behalf (assuming that the other person was just overexaggerating) but I was immediately greeted with attitude, almost as if asking to file a claim was offensive to her (Michelle). Very disappointed in the service given. Maybe it was a bad day for her but sheesh, I couldn't imagine having to talk to someone with that attitude after just getting into an accident.
