“I had back pain and it started on 10/27/2024. My ROM was limited, and the pain level was 7-10/10. The medications that I used were Ibuprofen, Celebrex, Voltaren (i/m injection and gel). I used a hot pack, and tens, I did stretching exercises... I felt better for a while, but on 11/24/2024 (it was Sunday) I could not walk. I had sciatica on my left leg. My left lower extremity motor and sensory functions were compromised. The main symptoms were pain that radiated the buttocks, leg, and foot, numbness, and tingling.
