I’ve came here a few times , I am a cash patient .and I’m grateful for the service I’ve received from the doctors here.they’re very nice
However, I had called on 02/26/26 at 4:00pm and a male answered the phone with a hello that sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I asked who is this which he replied in a bothered way “ you’re the one that called” 😳
I replied “omg is that how you answer the phone ?? Can I speak with the doctor .he put me on hold and Heidy answered quickly and aggressively.
I again said hi can I speak with the doctor please regarding my MRI results”

I've been coming here 30yrs. It's been a few since I've been here, and there was Dr. Rigg when I walked in. No wait, same large staff welcoming, and helpful. Antibiotics still on-site, reasonable pricing, I'm so grateful! Thank you so very much! (I couldn't get here New Year's day, but they were the only UC open)
I had to visit West Oaks Urgent Care Center two days in a row for job-related medical clearance, and both visits were surprisingly quick and easy. Each time, I was checked in and seen within about 10 minutes. The staff is genuinely friendly and professional, and the prices are much more affordable than other places in the Valley, for those paying out of pocket. I really appreciate how efficient they are. Definitely recommend!
