I was a bit early but still welcomed into a relaxing room with lovely heated, soft, quality bedding, soft music and scent of your choice as made when completing a short pre spa questionnaire designed to ensure you have a fabulous experience. The facial was amazing. My esthetician took great care with my skin. It was tremendously relaxing and beyond hydrating. The gentle neck, shoulder, arm, masssage was amazing. I have had terrible neck pain for months - this massage greatly relaxes you, my neck pain and dry skin were gone. I will definitely return for another combination facial (this spa performs several types and combinations of treatments). I was impressed, relaxed, refreshed and so happy with my skin!
