You can't go wrong, they are all fabulous. I have been going here for 5 years and I am never disappointed.This facility is always immaculate clean. During COVID, the owner Tina followed several precautions to ensure everyone's safety. Tina is amazing and she always goes above and beyond for her clients. Her main focus is always trying to see how she can improve the facility for client's needs. Her facials are phenomenal!I was going to Dr. Mei weekly for acupuncture. He assisted me with my headaches and stress. After going for a series of sessions my over all health improved significantly to the point that I didn't need to go anymore. “I would give this place 20 stars if i could. I was looking for a new med spa & saw they had great reviews so i booked my appointment to dissolve my filler. My first appointment was canceled the day of because my injector had an emergency. I rebooked the next day after i moved my schedule around. The next morning the injector calls me personally to cancel because she’s really sick still so there was a bit of miscommunication the day before. The front desk hadn’t mentioned she was sick initially so i was very disappointed after a second cancelation when i had moved my clients around to come in. Nisa was SOO apologetic and understanding of my frustration though. I go to rebook my appointment and they’re fully booked so that only added to my frustration. However, Nisa came in on her off day just to treat me so she could make things right. And it doesn’t stop there. She even discounted my treatment to make things right. Now that is some top tier customer service. She was so warm & welcoming from the start but in person she is just so lovely and knowledgable, i truly felt like i was in such good hands with my injector. Also, the place itself is so damn cute!! Everything is pink, girly, floral, the aesthetic is just so on point. I’ll definitely be back because of Nisa!“
