LimeGreen Water Damage & Restoration

LimeGreen Water has great customer service. I did not end up using them but I can say that their customer service was great. I found them on Yelp and David contacted me afterhours and scheduled an appointment. I later had to reschedule and he was very responsive with no issues. He was friendly and understanding. They provide free estimates and the tech Servin that came for the inspection was very friendly. I cannot comment on their services, but their customer service made a good enough impression for me to rate them highly.

Called them out for a nasty mold issue to come remediate. They did excellent work extremely clean and efficient. Their staff is very professional and friendly. They even left me the containment walls. will absolutely recommend using them. Thanks again for all the work ?

Wow—just wow!! I could write a book about how great these people are. And we’ve just gotten started! Our home had a major flood from the storms. I called LimeGreen and left a message, thinking that they couldn’t do anything because it was still raining. But I needed help desperately. David called back in 5 minutes! He said he didn’t want me to sit there stressed and waiting for a callback. That was so unbelievably kind. They came immediately and began doing everything to mitigate the damage.
