Needed some plumbing work in a pinch after a leak, and RCA came through and did excellent work for me on short notice. I could not have gotten it done, and my tenants moved in without them
I recently had my house flooded due to a sudden malfunction from my refrigerator. I was recommended to have RCA come out and start the flood mitigation process which they have nearly completed and then they will start evaluating repairs. So far, my experience has been outstanding. Particularly the crew that was assigned to me really have been helpful, informative, attentive, reassuring, responsive, and friendly. I really appreciate Crissia, Jose, Luis, Abigail, and Adrian. They have been great individuals and look forward to meeting the rest of their team.
In one of the most difficult experiences of our lives, RCA came through for us! Water damage forced us out of our home for 3 months, and they provided exceptional value and guidance throughout. Terry showed up right away after the accident, and was able to have a plan and insurance approval to get the ball rolling ASAP. The crews that showed up were professional and skilled.
