Wait time was a little long which can be stressful for high energy pets..parking was easy. Prices were a bit high compared to other vet offices.“

“I brought Maggie to see Dr Chen for her first evaluation at Hatton Veterinary Hospital a week ago. She had received no medical care following her previous veterinarian's retirement during the pandemic and my difficulty obtaining a new one due to the shortage of veterinarians accepting new patients during the past few years. We discussed Maggie's history of a chronic medical condition and her previous treatment, her current symptoms and her need to be brought up to date with her routine health care. Dr Chen listened carefully to everything I said, evaluated her needs and developed a treatment plan. I was impressed by his medical expertise and, most of all, by his ability to empathize.
