Was able to quickly get an initial appointment within a few days of calling. Also, was able to get surgery scheduled within a week of the appointment. I appreciate that they checked in with me to see how my guinea pig was doing after surgery and during the recovery phase. Everything went well and would bring my others guinea pigs to them in the future if need be. Highly recommend.
Dr. Kittel, Dan as he introduced himself, did the most thorough and caring exam I've ever seen. The fact that he took time to even pet Buddy says a lot. Buddy, black and white, has seen a vet in Louisiana where he's from, Mississippi when he lived there for a year, and here in California. Dr. Kittel has a patient heart for furbabies, and it definitely shows. He didn't rush. He also asks questions and listens to responses. His assistant was also careful in her handling of Buddy and caring.
Staff is kind and helpful. Visits are not rushed. Dr. Kittel and vet technicians have grounded reassuring energies that keep our pets calm. As a new owner to cats, all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service!
