Tim did an amazing job cleaning my hardwood floors. I just moved into my new home and pulled out the gross carpets to find the hardwood floors covered with a thick layer of this white chalky stuff. After hours of scrubbing I made very little progress and decided to contact a professional. Tim came out and took a look and worked his magic. I was in complete amazement as I watch it call melt way in minutes uncovering my beautiful hardwood floors. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you soo much Tim! Tim was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unlike others who would just show up, do the job and leave. Tim took the time and went into depths in regards to the condition of the carpet and the appropriate approach that could be taken and as a customer I really appreciated that.
