“I would give 6+ stars if I could! I found Dr. Rebecca during one of the most challenging times of my life- during my first time as a mom. My baby was a few months old, struggling with plagiocephaly, possible tongue tie, and what I now think was silent reflux, and I was struggling with a thyroid that flipped between hypo and hyper. My baby boy would wake up crying every 1-3hrs at night for unknown reasons. His pediatrician at the time was so lackadaisical I couldn’t get any answers. Desperate for knowledge, I found her through family and WOW!Dr. Rebecca was the first to suggest dietary changes on my part and a new formula. She provided detailed scientific reasons for the change, and for every single one of her answers, which is so important to me as I’m also a doctor. She adjusted my baby twice and he was noticeably calmer and happier after each adjustment. She provided manual exercises for his little flat head to complement other exercises I was doing. She also showed me exercises to improve his tongue coordination and to gently adjust his oral palate.Dr. Rebecca also recommended key books to start the process of self-healing for my thyroid through nutrition and lifestyle changes. We ordered a food allergy test and again, wow! My blood was sensitive to 22 items of a 200+ item test! My allergies likely affected my milk supply and therefore my poor baby’s tummy. Had I not known this, I would continue to eat the same “healthy “ foods like beets, tomato, bell peppers, and kidney beans. Instead, she recommended a way to heal my leaky gut which we think caused the allergy. She also recommended probiotics so I can hopefully eat these foods again in a couple months.I cannot stress enough how paramount Dr. Rebecca was to my healing and my baby’s well being. We did all this in only 3 sessions. I asked a TON of questions, and she made herself available to me via text (what doctor does this?) which goes to show you how ABOVE AND BEYOND this healing practitioner went to help me find the causes of my issues. She is a wife and mom of two so I know she sensed my urgency. I tried to be mindful of her time because I know she is just the most selfless and healing human- an earth angel.My baby is so much happier now and after my first week back at work only getting 6 hrs of sleep at night, I feel so much better than when I would get 8 hrs here and there during my maternity leave. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. REBECCA! We are beyond grateful and blessed to have found you. Although our time has been short, we are on a much healthier path to healing now. ????“
