“Today was my first visit to Simple Health Acupuncture & Chiropractors, and I’m so glad I went! My daughter gifted me a package of three massages, and I decided to book my first one today since I had the day off and my sciatica had been acting up this week.

My therapist, Hazalia, came highly recommended by my daughter, and now I completely understand why! I’ve been getting massages periodically since 2014, and I can honestly say that today’s massage was one of the top three best massages I’ve ever received.

Hazalia was absolutely wonderful. She used the perfect amount of pressure, constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, and really listened to what my body needed. I specifically asked her to focus on my sciatica, but she also paid attention to other areas that needed extra care, especially my neck.

The arm massage was honestly extraordinary! I’ve never received an arm massage quite like that at any other place I’ve been to. What I appreciated most was that I never felt rushed. She took her time and made the entire experience feel very personalized.

“Bob is one of the best practitioners working now. His practice has helped me recover from three different injuries. I came in hunched over and walked out with a straight back. His guidance is informed and practical, and he's always honest regarding his scope of practice and with recommendations. Tirzanya also made a huge difference in my recovery today. She can find exactly which muscles need encouragement and expertly applies the correct amount of pressure.

He employs a wide variety of techniques with his treatments and is able to cruise through a ton of them over the course of the appointment. He's also able to coach you through lifestyle changes, stretches and exercises you can do in between treatments to really get rid of the problem for good.“
