I have been dealing with NVIH for all 3 of my kids' dental care since probably around 2013. I've had some less than 5 star experiences but today this 5 star review goes out to Dawn in the billing office, and her boss who made things right by clearing up my paid account that had gotten sent to collections almost a year ago. I tend to get a little heated with this type of thing but tried to start out kindly. Dawn looked up my account, noticed the discrepancies, then took my name and number so she could look into it and call me back. I had an exceptional experience with Haylie Coats. Her kindness and understanding made me feel comfortable from the start. Whether it's sorting out concerns or squeezing in last-minute appointments, she goes the extra mile to make sure everyone feels good.
