I gave Kerry a call and received a call back within less than 2 days time. I had a water leak under the belly of the trailer. He showed up early for the appointment and got straight to finding the issue. I'm new to owning a travel trailer and I don't know much about them. As a female you don't want to get taken advantage of. Well, I didn't experience anything like that with Kerry. He knew what he was doing and wasted no time in fixing the problem.
