I’m a repeat customer. The first time they worked on the AC unit at my son’s house two years ago. I was so pleased with their work that I didn’t even call anyone else when one of the furnace’s at my house stopped working. They sent out a young technician named Michael. I told him what was going on with the furnace, the brand of the furnace, and the three year history of the furnace. Before he even grabbed his tools and went up into the attic, this young man told me it’s probably an “EC1 error code”. He then explained the part associated with that error code, and let me know that part was manufacturer warranty. Michael went into the attic, and confirmed his initial prognosis. He also showed me some mistakes the installers made three years ago. He made a couple of recommendations, but DID NOT try to push them. Michael went to get the part, and replaced it. I went ahead with his recommendations also. The furnace he worked on runs so much quieter than my second furnace. He didn’t have time to tune up the second furnace, but I’m definitely going to call Veteran’s Choice to come back to make sure the second furnace is working properly.. I know a little bit about HVAC. Both times dealing with Veteran’s Choice, I’ve learned a little bit more. I’ll never work on my own systems. But when an average customer learns something new, that shows the knowledge and expertise of the technician performing work. 120% recommendation. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest..
