I tend to wait till I am nearly crippled, and I always leave feeling so much better every time. The tension is nearly gone and my muscles feel relaxed.
It wld be smart to maintain a schedule so I can feel optimum since a single session makes so much difference. But this shows just what an amazing massage therapist Ana is. First time today. The space is inside a yoga studio and the massage area feels very welcoming, private, peaceful and has a nice energy. Yan is such a nice person and I got a very good deep tissue massage. I will for sure be back. I highly recommend it.

Hi Yanyan!! Trying to make an appointment with you , you've always been my masseuse and the very best one at that ! Recently called there and they either won't give me your new number or they are saying you retired !
