Have had good experience with trainers. They work with me on my limits & are tough sometimes. It's a family owned snuggle place yet clean. Equipments are modern. They offer precooked meals which are pretty good & also a weightloss program.
You want a good workout? Look no further I'll say that I'm a work in progress but I'm dedicated to my hustle and I know Erber and Connie are also dedicated to it too. This has been a very encouraging experience for me I want to try better work my ass off and see results! I thank Erber once a week for all his help! I see clothes fitting that I haven't worn in years! Thank you Erber and Connie here's to many many more!
