I called Angelica and she ordered the new lenses the same day. A few days later I stopped in and chose my frames...which are no longer available...but Angelica was able to find them for me. I picked up the glasses today and, as usual, everything is perfect. From the time I lost them until today's pick up was a total of six days. Fantastic customer service.
