The doctor is excellent with children, making them feel comfortable and explaining things in a way they can understand. The staff is helpful with warranty support, adjustments, and recommendations, taking care of customers' needs. They have a great selection of eye wear, and the staff is happy to assist in choosing the right eyeglasses. The doctor is polite and answers all questions, making customers feel comfortable and supported. Despite limited parking in the front, there are alternative parking options available.

Words can’t describe how amazing Dr Otsuji and his staff are. My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years, that has to say a lot. Dr Otsuji is phenomenal, because of him I was able to find out why my vision changed drastically in a matter of a year, he was the only Dr able to figure it out. He always does above and beyond work ensuring my insurance takes care of my expensive contacts and really is passionate about his work. I get excited visiting his office because I know Dr will do great work to get me the right contacts and glasses so I can be comfortable until my next yearly appointment.
