Dr. Nakabayashi has been my daughter’s and my optometrist for the past 18 years. A few weeks ago, I called her office because something didn’t feel right with my eye. I had already seen three doctors that week with complaints of what I thought was a pink eye or something.

Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Within just a minute, Dr. Nakabayashi could tell something was seriously wrong. She immediately referred me a specialist.

Her quick actions saved my vision. I could tell she was worried and she cared. While the recovery process will take time, I’m incredibly grateful to say—I can still see. Thank you and God bless.

Thanks so much, I was injured in bike vs car accident. My. 2 week old glass frames were broken, they put lenses in new frames, and did as warranty repair, really helped me out. Great people!!

Dr. Nakabayashi is as personable as she is professional. Efficient, thorough contact lens exam. The optician was wonderful, too. I don't want to deduct stars for this, but the receptionist lacked customer service and refused to take responsibility for anything. Everything is YOUR FAULT, YOUR PROBLEM. Just get past her and the rest of your appointment will be pleasant.
