She asked if I would be willing to come in and let her do a color correct on my hair. I was very happy with her customer service skills and her willingness to try and make things right. I scheduled an appointment for the following week. I went in yesterday for my color and a haircut, and was extremely happy with the results. We spent the first 15 minutes talking through what I wanted and she was very detailed and explaining what she would do to make this happen. I loved that she was really thorough and detailed. The result was exactly what I was looking for. And, not only was it the right color, she did everything so quickly. I was in and out in under two hours for color, condition treatment, haircut and blow-dry. Not only is Jessica a professional, but she is the sweetest person. I really enjoyed talking to her. I will definitely be going back to J Anthony Salon, and hoping to make Jessica my permanent go to stylist.”
