“I came to ana's on an impulse because that's how I am. I called and asked for a trim and she let me know to come in and she would be busy in an hour. I laid it on her that I wanted it cut short AND dyed black. She even had one customer at the time and another 3 while I was there. She not only is a hard worker but dedicated to her customers.
