Took my son for his haircut. Showed them pic of the hair he desires. They cut it super short compare to what we wanted. Totally different from the picture. Hair looks so bad that he couldn’t leave it out, has to cover by hat all night and day.

My experience here was disappointing. For a salon with such a high rating, I expected much better customer service. I was a walk-in, so, therefore, I had no appointment. I was told to wait for 30 minutes for someone to help me, so I waited. Turns out, it would actually take me 2 hours to finally get my hair cut so 3 hours total after it was done. The haircut itself was pretty nice, but definitely not for the amount of time I had to wait.

We came in last minute and they were able to accommodate us right away despite being busy! Tuong and the rest of the staff were so friendly and made me feel like I’ve known them forever. My mom and I both love our haircut.Services: Hairstyling
