if i could give this a 0, then i would but the lowest is a 1. first off, they were so rude on the counter, didn't even seem to enjoy any customer they were serving. SECOND, they were rushing so bad, clearly no sense of care for my hair and messed it up so bad I actually am planning to get a retouch soon. THIRD, lowkey racist, mind you i'm east asian but they were making fun of my curly hair and rhen blamed it on my hair texture being why my haircut was so chopped? This was easily one of the worst barber shop experiences I’ve ever had. The haircut was sloppy, uneven, and looked rushed — like there was zero care or skill involved.

What’s even worse is the attitude. When I asked for the change, the barber was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem for expecting a basic level of service. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s disrespectful.

If you can’t handle customer feedback, you shouldn’t be working in a service industry. People are paying for a service, not to be treated with attitude and leave with a bad haircut.

I had a very disappointing experience at this barbershop. From the moment I walked in, the service felt rude and unprofessional. The technician had a clear attitude and seemed annoyed to even be there, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.

Instead of being welcoming or attentive, they acted like helping customers was a burden. There was little to no communication about what I wanted, and when I tried to explain, I was met with impatience. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about doing a good job or keeping customers happy.
