I have been wanting to re-tattoo my eyebrows in over 11 years. I was recommended to MAI PHUONG & WELLNESS CENTER, and glad I was. My eyebrows came out so beautiful I am so content I love them. The young lady who helped me was there to aim and please me. I even had a few questions after, called her and without hesitation she answered my questions. I haven't seen my daughter for over a couple of weeks when she came over she says mom you look different. She says you look more beautiful than before what did you do.
