“This is my first time waxing and Kate made it such a wonderful experience! She is so gentle and knowledgeable about what she does! She explains everything to you and gives you tips on how to clean and exfoliate properly. I thought my first wax would be a bit awkward and scary but Kate really takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you're comfortable before proceeding.
