Heads up: They recently got bought by Balboa Medical Center -- so if you're looking her, that's where she's at.

I went to Fem Care to receive Hormone Pellet Therapy. I got my pellets. When it came for them to follow through with my bloodwork to see where my hormone levels were at, they would not return any of my phone calls. Very disappointing. I would not refer Fem Care to anyone. I am going back to my original providers because I love them. The only reason I switched was because of a price change.

Everyone that works here is so nice, genuinely! I've been coming here for 3 sessions for laser tattoo removal and the process has been very smooth every time. I had a reaction once to the laser but the doctor reassured me and accommodated for it, and now my tattoo is looking good!! The place is clean, machines are effective, staff is sweet and honest; they actually care for you and personalize each experience. I'd recommend anyone to come here for laser tattoo removal

I found this clinic from Groupon for tattoo removal. Valid for 3 sessions up to 5 sq inches. Easy to park, clean & quiet location with friendly staff. Lots of paperwork to fill out the first appointment, some totally unrelated and unnecessary to the service being done. Mostly stuff about anti-aging/vanity procedures. They offered numbing cream for the laser tattoo removal service, I declined to save time, my tattoos are also small enough it's not necessary. My deduction in stars is for a couple things. - I called on a Tuesday (they're closed- I read after) - but a voicemail plays instructing to leave message, but the voicemail is full. I emailed them from the email on their website to change an appointment and never received a reply back via email or phone. After 8 days of no reply, I called them. - Another lesser annoying thing, I am removing 2 small tattoos, combined they are 5.06 square inches, I was hoping they would count the set as 1 session, but I had to use 1 session each. I'm not the type to push hard and complain, so fine... I will be returning to get more laser sessions.

I came in for 3 tattoo removal sessions. This is a before with previous removal work done before COVID at another location. Then finally I decided to try FemCare. The second picture is my current results. It's getting there, can't wait to finally see it completely gone. Will post updates. Love walking into their office with fresh roses every time I come!

Fantastic place for all your femcare needs! I have been going here for a couple years now. My tattoo removal has a looking great after 6 sessions and the laser hair removal works wonders! No more dark spots under my arms. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. Very professional environment.

I initially found FemCare on Groupon for a tattoo removal package. I had previously gotten laser tattoo removal at a different clinic and didn't have the best experience, so I was very pleased and surprised upon my first visit to FemCare. Not only is FemCare nicer and cleaner, but the providers are far more professional. I felt very comfortable at this clinic and it was apparent that the providers were committed to helping me get rid of my tattoo in the least amount of sessions possible. Super happy with the service and I would definitely purchase again!
