Cambria Oetken in Westlake created a progressive program for me struggling with pelvic organ dysfunction, hysterectomy, and bladder repair. I had pelvic floor pain, bladder urgency and frequency, with tight and weak pelvic floor muscles. Being a RN in a acute care facility, I needed help with preparing my body again with heavier daily workloads. Cambrias' knowledge and listening skills allowed me to achieve milestones that I was only hopeful in attaining. My home exercises are manageable, and the APP is very helpful. I've had two different PTs here and I can assure you they are invested in your health and progress. I always have a positive experience and would recommend to anyone. My PT is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented and I feel like she keeps good tabs on what's going on with me in more detail than any OB for sure. I only wish they'd take insurance! Would make a big difference.
I've been managing chronic pain for many years and have been working with Cambria since February. She is the first PT I've worked with that really cares and really hears me which makes all the difference.
