“Root Acupuncture Clinic is very nice, clean, and professional! I had pain in my shoulders, back, and right arm/hand that physical therapy and a chiropractor was not fully helping (they did help but I needed something else to help manage the pain). I was skeptical at first but heard great things about acupuncture and saw great reviews for this place too. I was blown away by how effective this acupuncture treatment was and Dr. Kim is so nice! After a few weeks: 1) my shoulders and back were no longer in pain or stiff. 2) My arm and hand stopped having the tingling feeling and cramping too. I had been dealing with this pain for years and it has been significantly reduced because of Root Acupuncture Clinic. (Dr. Kim was also able to tell that I was having stomach issues and has been helping me with that too). Dr. Kim's wife works the front and she is very nice as well. Overall, this place is wonderful! The office is very easy to work with and I was able to get an appointment quickly (they also ran my insurance before I arrived so I knew what my co-pay would be).
