Went in for a simple strep test which took two days to get the results. Everyone I interacted with was pretty rude and I saw the actual provider for about 30 seconds. However, they did see me very quickly and processed my insurance without any issues.

Great staff. Clean facility. Very professional. There's about two or three other Urgent Cares closer to me but I will always go out of my way to go to this location whenever I need to.

West Sacramento Urgent is very clean! The gentleman that greater me was very nice and professional! As soon as I walked he put me at ease. He was busy making sure my experience was good. Answering questions before I asked. The young lady that-took my BP was so impressive. She was very kind. I didn't have to wait at all!Jeremiah is the best! So kind and to the point. When I called my call was answered right away. Wonderful experience. This is the Best Urgent Care I have ever been too. I'm very Blessed.
