I’ve had this as my family doctor for as long as I can remember and love how on top of referrals and checking out any concerns the physicians are. My only complaint would be that I had my PCP for years until she stopped working there, but I only found out months later because ER doctors couldn’t communicate with my PCP. My prescription was also cancelled without letting me know during that.

I was a patient of Dr. Concepcion for 12 years until I moved out of California five years ago. I am currently attempting to file a disability claim with the VA and I need access to some medical records from Riverbend Medical, specifically my time with Dr. Concepcion. They claim to have completely lost 12 years of my records and blame it on "switching to a new system". This is an absolutely abhorrent and unconscionable practice for a primary care practitioner! My mother who passed a few years ago and her brother both of who has been a patient of Riverbend for over 15 years for the most part had positive experiences with Dr Lee however this office has horrible phone and reception service I can never get to a live person to schedule or reschedule appointments and then they have the audacity to charge you for missed appointments. It is for this reason that I'm considering looking for a new doctor health care provider for my uncle who is an elder and needs consistent care. .If it weren't for The Chronic Care Management person who helps me I would have considered leaving this medical establishment a long time ago.
