I had my initial visit last week with Dr. Duran and I gotta say I was very impressed and happy with his service and honesty regarding my dental health, mind you I hadn’t been to a dentist in years so I was a little nervous. I’m confident he has me on a trajectory to meet the dental goals he and I have aligned for myself. Today I had a deep cleaning per Dr. Duran’s recommendation with Dr. Shah and she was swift and very informative. This was the second time I experience a deep clean and I was very impressed and happy with my results. It hurt a bit even after numbing but that’s EXPECTED. Just wanted to leave a nice review after working with Anthony Lopez at the front desk. He was extremely patient with all of my questions regarding the written contract for my Invisalign and set expectations for me since my consultation. He was especially kind to my mom who can't speak English as well and had a bunch of questions herself. Anthony followed up with us and made sure we were taken care of. I know front desk (especially in healthcare) can be overwhelming so I'm sending a million thanks for his time and effort!!!!!

Despite initial concerns raised by other reviews (a lot of people complaining about unnecessary deep cleanings), I found their approach to be thorough and transparent, I found their service to be impeccable. Dr. Lopez took the time to explain her findings in detail, addressing all my questions with patience and expertise.
