The team works together to support patients, with the entire staff being friendly, caring, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, courteous, and kind. The doctors are very patient and provide excellent care, with attention to detail, acknowledgment, expertise, and responsiveness. They are very helpful with explaining and assisting patients so they can make informed decisions. The office maintains the highest standard of care, keeps up with the latest techniques, materials, and technologies, and appointments are always on time in a relaxed environment. Patients enjoy going because they are treated like family and almost never feel any pain. The dentists fully inform patients about options, include them in decisions, and explain what they are doing and why. The team works well with dental insurance companies, obtaining pre-approval when appropriate and providing cost estimates in advance. As I walk into the waiting room of this office, the vibe is so very positive. The initial welcome by Stella was welcoming and Lee, who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Karla and Chua were both very professional and friendly (took my X-rays and cleaned my teeth). Dr. Jennifer Finerty is extremely knowledgeable and informative.
If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I definitely would! I highly recommend this office not only because everyone is amazing but the location is great also. Parking is validated is a plus.

I've been going to Dr. Mike Finnerty for over 20 years and would recommend anyone to the practice. He is very patient, which is definitely a plus since a lot of people are not fans of the dentist and may have anxiety. All of the staff are friendly and caring. My daughter just started going there as well and she said she already likes them much better than her previous dentist.
