Absolutely do not care about patients whatsoever, no idea how they are still operating someone needs to pursue legal action already. The appt coordinators constantly switch your appt time/date and give you no choice in the matter. Force you to take a video appt where half the time the provider doesn’t show up, I had to drive to the office and show them on my phone I had been in the video appt for over 30mins and no one was there they said someone didn’t inform the provider. Nobody really loves a doctor's office but everyone was nice and appointment was on time. Their patient portal is pretty darn good which gives a high degree of confidence and security in the organization. Too bad Dr. Cornell is moving to El Dorado Hills.
Honestly the worst clinic I’ve been to by far
Wait times to call to speak to anyone or make appointments is over 30 mins long every time. On top of them not on top of their referrals. I expressed I have family history of cancer with medical conditions and they took 5 months to tell me about a referral that I had to keep bugging them about. They never respond to messages. They sent me to a podiatrist that doesn’t even take my insurance when the whole purpose of their job is to find someone who accepts my insurance? Completely unprofessional I will be filling a grievance and finding a new PCP
