This clinic has been extremely unresponsive and unreliable with referrals for my daughter’s serious medical needs. For the past 3–4 months, I have repeatedly requested referrals during appointments, and each time I was told they were sent or would be processed within a week, yet the receiving departments consistently confirm they never receive anything. I have also tried contacting the referral department directly multiple times, but calls go unanswered and no one returns calls. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I have had to beg and plead to get referrals (they never send them correctly so you have to follow up) and medication refills for basic medications. Same experience for my husband also. When I go in for appointments, the doctors expect me to tell them what I need- umm, this is a physical exam, didn’t you go to med school? Do not go here, spend some time finding a place actually cares.
My worst experience with a medical practice. After six weeks of waiting I was told my referrals were complete but when I called to make an appointment with the cardiologist and the pulmonologist they both said they did not take my insurance! How does a medical practice give you referrals to two different doctors that don't take your insurance? Now I have to start the process over . My doctor just quit the practice and she was the best one there.This place is a complete nightmare.
