Located In West Sacramento, CA, Pure-N-Fit Training is an ALL EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE TRAINING STUDIO. It is not Open To The Public and there are No Memberships Required. We offer weekly Group Training Classes, Boxing Classes (youth/Adult), Semi Group classes and much more. One of the best programs we offer here at Pure-N-Fit Training is our 1 on 1 Personal Training Programs. Each program is customized with your specific goals in mind! Not only that, each training session will be done with your trainer there to encourage and help you every step of the way. All of this with our entire training studio to yourself. Here at Pure-N-Fit Training, ITS ALL ABOUT YOU!

Wednesday: 5AM - 9PM
Thursday: 1 - 8PM
Friday: 5AM - 1PM
Saturday: 7AM - 12PM
