“When I woke up this morning I had a neck spasm. It was super painful and I could not turn my head to the left or put my chin to my chest. My husband saw Lino once before and praised him so I decided to book an appointment. I was willing to try anything. Lino was kind, he knows what he’s doing and he knows what he’s talking about. He loosened up my neck muscle and I had way more range of motion. He told me to go for a walk and come back after 2pm to do more adjustments to my neck. I went from COMPLETELY stiff to having my range of motion back. I still have a little pain but that’s because it’s still swollen.
