Absolutely great service and customer experience. Interacted with Bernice Yoder, she was quick in replying and crisp. Would recommend Citadel to everyone I know. Keep it up guys and you will have a whole lot of customer coming your way.

Every aspect of project went well, all partied delt with were very professional. System is working perfectly, with the power cost being about $10/month. Will pay for itself in about 4 years! Great estimate for amount of panels needed and very competitive pricing too! Highly recommend Citadel.
After having my solar panels cleaned, the company that did the service said that one of my panels was "arcing" and needed to be replaced or at least disconnected before it affected the rest of my system. Plus, they wanted to charge me over $1500, just for the "simplest" plan of disconnecting the panel. I found Citadel after an online search, and Eric at Citadel was able to look online at my system's energy production. He could see that the one panel, although compromised, was still producing energy and did NOT need to be replaced.
