Just remembered I never reviewed this business and I feel it’s my obligation to at least save someone from this mistake. (It was definitely an EXPENSIVE mistake for me) and idk maybe I had inexperienced people sent to my house to do the extensions ( I was told they are the best, a woman named Natalia or something and then a woman who’s name had the letter “b”maybe Brianna? I THINK BROOK? Idk) but the young girls that did my extensions (around $2500 for the initial installment, if I remember correctly. And I also tipped I believe like 300 or more) the extensions showed. Like a lot. 2 of my coworkers would laugh saying it looked like there were bugs in my hair, especially when the light shined on my hair. I had another young girl sent to “fix” it, (the woman with a name starting with “b”) but she didn’t lol she just moved some but they still showed. A LOT. And it was like over a grand to get a touch up every three months (plus tip obviously). Really nooooot worth it (because it just didn’t even look good at all) FROM MY EXPERIENCE ANYWAY. I wasted at least 5 grand for embarrassingly visible hair extensions for like 6 months (THE GOOD ONES LIKE THE MICRO CLIP OR IDK WHAT THEY WERE CALLED) Then I just took them out, because I was tired of people saying they can see them. Natalia Art is amazing! Her color matching is spot on and her placement has left me with beautiful long tresses that blend flawlessly. Now I have for myself the superior quality of Slavic hair that matches my own. But more than that, Natalia is kind and fun to talk to and she cares. Thank you, Natalia! I have been a client of this salon and my experience is terrible not only because of the quality of the hair they used but for the fact that they promised me a total different quality and service. I paid over 1000.00 $ to place my extensions, I left the shop with the promise that the " taking care " of the service was covered in the price. After 3 weeks I started to lose many hairpieces and my own hair got stuck into them. I talked to the employee asking her why I was losing so many pieces and why my hair were attacked to the falling hairpiece since it shouldn't have happened (according to what they said). They started to give me tons of excuses, it was bc of the shampoo I was using, then it was the way I was brushing, then that my hair would fall anyway , so it was never their fault. They let me know that they always charge that much money for the "maintenance " of the extension and that I misunderstood ( I give them benefit of the doubt even if I never paid so much money in my life for that kind of service and I work in fashion/entertainment) . They asked me to pay a total of 517.00$ and they said the owner decided to add 200$ on top of that for house call... During COVID hair salon are not allowed to work by law. I said goodbye but I think is important to share my experience and my disappointment.

True gem in LA. Aside from an amazing job that Tatiana and Marina did, it was also such a pleasure to spend time in their company (especially when you have to sit in a chair for few hours) The hair quality is beyond my expectations, looks exact same like my own. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

I will later spend the time to give a thorough review, but in sum, I've had a long journey with extensions and this salon is by far superior to every salon I've been to in the past. Tatiana and her staff are direct, honest (they have a fixed price list!! Sad that this is not more common, but this is rare in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles in general), very professional and very talented. My extensions have never looked more natural, they don't show, and they use high quality hair.

Tatiana and her team did a beautiful job on my hair. It was my first time getting hair extensions, and Tatiana walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions beautifully, and gave me beautiful hair! I am so excited to have long hair again. Tatiana and her team are very meticulous, and they do a wonderful job. I am so happy to have found Tatiana!

Tatiana and Brooke are miracle workers! I came to them with extremely damaged broken hair that was so short I didn't know if they were ere going to be able to help me and give me something that could hide and blend the extensions. Not only did they succeed but they fit me in super soon. I am beyond grateful to them For helping restore my confidence while giving me a safe non-damaging method of extensions while my hair grows back. I will definitely be a long time customer!
