Richard was kind, quick to respond, and very honest.
He came out to do a repair & realized it wasn't necessary. Most people would have found something else to charge for or done the repair anyway. The fact that he didn't made me really trust him & will definitely be calling for future work.
Richard was very attentive and showed up within two hours of contacting him. He assessed the issue very quickly and was able to bring me a great solution all within 15 minutes, and that was only from the consultation! I’ll be hiring him again.
