Richard was a lifesaver! We had a broken tankless water heater on the older side and he was able to get it fixed up no problem at a reasonable price. When diagnosing the problem, he clearly walked us through the pros and cons of our options, then after servicing, he walked us through each thing he did with patience for all our questions. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues :)
My water heater went out at my business a few months ago late on a Saturday night. Richard responded within minutes and came out first thing Sunday morning and fixed the issue. The water heater went out again this past Wednesday evening and he offered to FaceTime me and walk me through the process to fix it right in the moment without needing him to come out. When it failed again the following evening, he arrived to my business within 30 minutes of my phone call and fixed the issue immediately.
