I took my 3-year-old daughter to this salon after her hair became very knotted and matted. This was the day after Thanksgiving, and every other salon either turned us away or told me the only option was to cut her hair.
RA_ Hair House was the only place willing to help — and I’m so grateful they did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the moment we walked in. They took the time to carefully detangle and un-mat her hair instead of rushing or giving up.
They also worked with my budget and got us in for a very reasonable price, which meant a lot to me, especially during the holidays.

Followed my girl, Bre, to this cute little salon and I love it! First off, she’s amazing and I literally would follow her to the moon. And the salons vibes are just great! I’m always served fresh coffee, the conversation with the owner(manager?) not sure, is such a breath of fresh air from this fake LA world. And most importantly, my hair is amazing.
I've been going to Shay for a few months now and truly enjoy the entire experience. She's very friendly, professional and she always give me guidance to help my style last longer. More importantly she doesn't try to convert my natural hair but provides options for more manageable styles.
