Adel is very knowledgeable and efficient with our intense 30 minute session which are well planned and thought out in advance with just the right amount of guidance and motivation. I always feel like I’ve had a thorough workout followed by just the right amount of recovery soreness a day or two later so I know I’m making progress. I really appreciate Adel for always being on time, not messing around with his phone during our workouts and creating a fun and happy environment which adds the motivation. I’m lucky to have found him.

Adel takes the time to explain each exercise/movement and how you benefit from it. He listens and adapts the workout to what you need, but without compromising your progress. He pushes you to what he knows you’re capable of and doesn’t let you quit on yourself. In two months, my form has vastly improved and I feel stronger and much more confident in my body.
