I woke up at 5:30 this morning to the sound of water gushing outside. I finally located the source of the sound at the front of my house next to the water faucet. There was a big water leak/gushing making a puddle/river and running down our DG walkway to the street. I knew enough to turn off the water. It looked like it had been leaking for hours. I wasn't sure who to call so I started with DWP who said it was a homeowner issue. So I called our plumber, Pete the Plumber at 7am. We had a great experience with Pete the Plumber from start to finish. Their overall professionalism and efficiency displayed by their team were top-notch. When we first called to set up an appointment, Manny in the office was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He scheduled a time for Chris, the owner, to come out and assess our kitchen plumbing situation. Chris arrived on time, crawled under our house, assessed the situation, and then explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand.
