In 9 sessions with Chad, I am feeling much stronger. I think I’m discovering muscles I’d never known existed previously! And what’s interesting is that despite having one knee that’s nearly bone on bone arthritic, I’ve have become much more stable. Ascending and descending steps are much easier. I’d not expected to feel this energetic so quickly. Chad has been endlessly encouraging and helpful on the journey towards greater strength.
