Great cleaners BUT they pass a 3% credit card fee on to customers- something the business should and has always paid. For instance- the total listed on my receipt today was $143.60, but I was actually charged $147.90 on my Mastercard. To me, this is a red line in the sand, and this will be my last time doing business here, which is a shame.
I’d encourage other consumers to boycott establishments that enforce such policies. Enough is an enough.

I go to several different dry cleaners in West Hollywood, but this place has been in my rotation for 27 years because they’re open later than most and can also do things same day. They’ve only ruined a couple of things in 27 years. But several times they have overpromised and under delivered on the time when tailoring would be completed. Not a big deal except when you need something when you told them you needed it. And when you come to pick it up when they to you to come and it’s still not done.
